Actually, it's divide the nutritional info per serving and then figure out how many servings you've had :p

Honey Butter Popcorn:

2 tbsp unpopped makes about 4 cups popped

servings per bag = 3

{what is a serving? 1 cup or 3 cups here?}

1 cup popped = 35 calories.

this is where i get really confusicated. does it make 4 cups of popped popcorn per bag, or 12 cups since there are 3 servings per bag?:confused:

It must be 4 cups, there's no way a bag of popcorn holds 12 cups.

4 cups in the bag.

Unless the bag is the size of a Super Ruffles bag, then it could be 12 cups.

Normally it says the following things on the label:

Serving Size.
Servings per Container.

Do you see those things at all? Like http://www.purityfoods.com/nutrition/popcorn.html there?

so it's 4 servings per bag with 1 cup per serving and 35 calories per serving, thus making the entire bag a mere 140 calories?:confused:

the reason why i'm asking is that i am dieting and excercising and i needed something with carbs but has less than 200 calories per serving. it looks like the entire bag of popcorn is less than 200 calories so i should be okay.

Whoa, is that like fat free too? That's very little calories especially for "honey butter" popcorn

not fat free, but it is incredibly tastey though.
