How Many Can you do?

This calls for honesty here. Simply put the number of pullups you can do, and if thats with your hands facing away from you or towards you.... go and find a pullup bar if you arent sure

me: 4 hands towards me

I haven't tried it in years, and I know I would be ashamed if I did 🙁

My totally uninformed estimate: 3-5

hahaha yeah, it usually surprises you when you try

If I don't do them for a bit, the numbers drop like a brick. On a normal day with my palms facing away from me, 10-12. The other way around(easier in most cases, unless you weigh about 65lbs) I get around 30-35.

Um, one is a chin up and one is a pull up, depending on hand position 😛

For me - it depends on the width my hands are apart, if I grab the bar on the slant or on the straight, or if I grab the parallel bars (palms facing together), if I have any weight strapped to me. On average anywhere from 10-15.

I haven't touched a gym in years and surprised myself the other day when I was able to bench 180lbs (free weights). I did about 12 reps.

2 at the same time, dude.

Oh wait, pullups...it's been a while, but I did 20 my senior year of HS...so let's say 10 now? Who knows.
