How many can I connect?

The car side of the harness that goes into the back of my head unit has a thin red wire for a constant 12v connection. I've already tapped into it for a small device that adds a sound sensing, automatic switching auxiliary input and has a pass-through for the input on my head unit.

Would it be safe to tap another device into this constant 12v wire? I have an add-on HD tuner that needs this constant 12v connection and this is the only constant wire near it w/o having to run wiring all the way across the back of the dashboard.

Both power wires (the one for this switching auxiliary input adapter and the one for the HD tuner) have in-line 5A fuses.

It's for the HD tuner's memory and to power it I think. The harness for the HD tuner has three wires:

yellow for constant 12v
black for ground
blue for antenna power

You sure you want to hook it to a constant 12v? Usually you want to hook it to the switched 12v so it doesn't draw power when the key isn't in ACC or ON mode.
