It's freakin higher math!
Here's a sample from a can:

Here's the nutrition label:

Serving size 1/2 cup (120mL)
Servings: about 2.5
Calories 70

So how much is in the can? According to the label:
Net Wt. 10.75 oz. (350g)

wtf? the nutrition label is in volume and the can contents are by weight?

So can it be figured out just by the label? Or would you actually have to measure the contents by using something like a measuring cup so you could get the actual volume?

Uh, ABOUT 2.5 servings. Still doesn't answer the question.

So there are about 175 calories  If you're trying to count your daily calories to within 50cal you're pushing shit uphill anyway.

OMG. We had this same thread less than a year ago.

If you're worrying about and counting calories in your diet, then you don't need to be eating canned, condensed soup.
