How many AT members will it take to screw in a light bulb?

Zero. The only thing AT members are good at is screwing themselves.

I once rented an apartment to 2 dudes who were doing PhDs in EE. There were no working light bulbs when I checked in on them.
They were too embarrassed to admit they had no idea how to change a regular screw-in bulb.

1 to do it
1 to rate his technique -10/10
1 to ask for pics
1 to bash the photo quality
1 to tell him he is a tree hugging liberal for using a CFL
1 to call that guy a climate change denying cave man
1 to tell him it's a repost

7. 7 AT members.

I embellished it a little, but it is pretty much true.

Some lights did work - the bathroom lights, a storeroom light, the kitchen cabinet lights, and a CFL in a hallway - but these are not "main" lights that are going to be used on a regular basis.

ALL of the regular halogen lamps in the main rooms had blown (in other words the important lights), and they were using desk lamps and had moved the big halogen uplighter from the living room into one of the bedrooms.

I am not sure OP, but it only takes me to screw a mom.

You forgot:

1 to tell OP that his mom was being screwed

8. 8 AT members.

Some halogens back in the day were complicated to install. They had glass shields and extra screws and crap.

No EE would not know how a regular light bulb works.
