How many 3d marks should I be getting?

I have an Athlon XP 1600, geforce 4 ti 4400 @ stock speeds, 256mb ddr ram etc (see rig in sig)

I got 8600 3dmarks in 3dmark 2001SE. From what I've seen other people getting, this seems kind of low. Any suggestions in how to up my performance? THanks.

score seems about right.....not bad, since i have my athlon running at 1533, a GF3 Ti200 @ 220/540 and 512 MB DDR and i'm only getting 6800 or so, your score chumps mine and i can play every game i own with all the eye candy on at more than reasonable frame rates....8600 is absolutely nothing to sneeze at

well of course it does... your have a 2400 mhz rig.. ...my wimpy xp1700+ can get around 9400 with a athlon xp 1700 stock.. gf 4 ti 4600 stock and 768 of cruical pc2100
