How make "My Documents" defualt to a different...

Hi All,
I have WIN XP Pro and would like to move My Documents to a different drive. How would one go about in making the defualt point that drive?

Right click on the my docs folder and go to properties. Click the move button and browse to the location that you want. It will then ask you if you want to move the files from the original location to the new one.
