Hi I have an enlight 300w psu that came with my 7237. My system is:
1.33 tbird @ 1.47 ,1.86 vcore
i-will kk-266
burner, dvd-rom, 1 hd, 6 case fans(@7v), 3 hd cooler fans
My 5 volt rail dips as low as 4.78 volts and my 12 volt goes up to 12.66.
Are these voltages too low/high? If so, whats a good, not too expensive psu that would handle my system well?
thanks

You're very close.

Generally accepted value is 10% of 12V line and 5% for 5V line.

The 5v rail can go as low as 4.6v b4 ur system encounter instability. At 4.7, stability normaly return. If ur system is stable at tht reading...keep using ur PSU.

mine dips as low as 4.78v under full load. I never have any stability problems. The variance is like what Jerboy said, +- 5% on the +5v. Not all are the same however, some can go below that and still not encounter stability issue, some have stability issues at 4.80v. No hardware rolls off the assembly line identical

I have the exact same setup (1.33@1.47 & kk266) and I get the same 5V rail readings as you (around 4.81). I've tried an Enermax 431W PSU and am currently using an Antec PP403X and both gave the same readings on the 5v rail. I wonder if it has something to do with the mobo or with the mobo monitor?

Ok I'm up to 1.52 @1.89 vcore. Still stable. 5v drops as low as 4.68 and averages 4.85. I might be able to get an antec pp352x for < $30, would it be worth it?

edit: guess not as stable as I thought it was, had to back it back down.
