How low can the APR of a credit card go as time going?

I have been using a AT&T Universal visa card for over two years, very wisely. Never had any late payment or overlimit. They gradually lowen the APR from the initial 18.99% to current 8.4%. Does anyone know how low it could go?

0%? Heh, no. I'm not really sure. Mine is still through the roof!

You're doing very well with that 8.4%. I called to have mine lowered once and they lowered it to 15.4 % i believe. I might call again and see if they'll lower it once more, 15.4% is a beating!
