How loud is the Z4 Watercooling Kit?

How load is the z4 watercooling kit? If I have the watercooling kit installed, how many case fans do I still need? My goal is to get a quiet system, and that is why I am looking at watercooling. Thanks in advance.

I am building a watercooling system, and with a 120mm panaflo @ 7 v and a black ice radiator you cant hear it!
