How loud is an Antec PP303XP?

I know it's kind of a random question, but does anybody know how loud the Antec PP303XP is (in dBA)? I have one, but I can't figure out how to get it to run without my cpu fan going. If I unplug my motherboard, I can't turn on the power supply, and if I unplug my cpu fan, my cpu will fry...

I'm wondering if I should replace the fans in my computer (probably with Vantec Stealths), but it wouldn't really do that much good if the power supply is louder than the fans. Right now, I'm running a fan that's louder than the power supply, so the noise would be a little quieter with the stealths.

...anyway...any information would be greatly appreciated. Thanks

I dont think that power supply has a switch in the back. You can unplug the power cord, use a paperclip to connect the GREEN and a BLACK connector from the atx cord (unplug it from the motherboard).
This will turn on just your power supply and whatever is attached to the molex connectors.

If the fan in there is the ADDA HS-A70GL it's rated just at just under 35 dBA. Keep in mind that the Antec PSU varies the fan speed and only when running at full speed does it get that loud.

And if you've got a good heatsink, you can get away with unplugging the CPU fan for a little bit.

For what it's worth, unless you have an overwhelming desire to monitor all the RPMs of your case fans, Panaflo L1As are a much better value for your money.
