How long will this rig be viable?

I think I'm finally done tweaking and setting up this rig. Now, the question is, for how long will this computer be good enough to do what I want it to do?

A: Surf around the internet without feeling bogged down
B: Play the latest games at 1280x1024 resolution (quality settings don't matter much to me, so long as it'll run vaguely playable at my monitor's native res.)
C: Occasionally watch TV on (through a tuner card)

I built it hoping for 3 years. However I had to make a few compromises when pricing it, and asking for 3 years out of anything computer-related is pretty optimistic. Specs:

640MB PNY 8800GTS
19 Inch LCD monitor (native res 1280x1024)
E4300 C2D OCed to 3.38GHZ
2 Gigs Kingston Value RAM running at DDR2-775
GA-965P-S3 Mobo
Rosewill 550W PSU
160GB WD Caviar SataII HDD
16X DVD-RW burner

Your predictions are most appreciated.

I would say that it should last you 3 years, about the only thing is you may upgrade or add a hard drive later but thats not really an issue.
for the rest should be fine, I'm 4 years into my p4 3.0,6800,1gb ram machine and now just starting to find that some game I cant play at native res(have to go down to 1024x786, still looks good) of my 19 monitor.
