I don't understand your question. If you bought the disk then you don't need to DL anything other than updates and achievements, and maybe sync cloud saves. Anyway, depends on the bandwidth. I've seen 70+ mbps out of 4GLTE on my phone.

The game disk is a basic dvd disk so it has like only 4.5-5 gb of the game on it and the rest will be from the download.
