It's been quite amusing to see how helpless anyone can be against cyberterrorism, particularly from the high-profile persistent group Anonymous.
The whole HBGary thing was hilarious. And now this whole massive shut down of PSN is just crazy.
While I'm not 'against' Anonymous, what they're doing is terribly illegal. They are a constant reminder to me the internet is still in its infancy and even mega corporations and governments are helpless against Anonymous.
How does someone 'stop' them? They're completely decentralized, but I seriously doubt that. For every group action in history, there is a leader or leaders that rise to each occasions.
Something I've been pondering. Is the government even remotely close to stopping them?
