how long to wait with e-bay?

How long should you wait for the seller to deliver a product before you cancel the charges on your card? It's been about 2 weeks since the auction ended...last week the guy claimed he was sending it out on Monday (Sept. 25) using 2 day delivery. I contacted him again, but he said he's been having problems with his email so he can't respond immediately. Should I bother waiting for a response or just cancel the charges on the credit card and buy somewhere else?

yea, two weeks is a while, give him like one more day.
Did you check his feedback?
If he has no feedback it could be a scam.
But if he does have feedback, try contacting the people that gave him the feedback.
I avoided a scam by talking to his previous victems.

His feedback is +1: 1 positive, 0 negative, 0 neutral. I checked the feedback from the positive, and that guy seems reliable and lives halfway across the country, so I doubt they were trading feedback.

I'm giving him until tomorrow for either a response to my latest email or the package to show up at my front door then I'm cancelling the charges.
