How long to wait on Ebay seller?

I just bought a Paslode nail gun on Ebay, Buy it Now option, this last Saturday. Have not gotten an email and mine go unanswered. Also have called his home and no answer. SHould I wait a bit longer or should I go to PP and Ebay to complain now? I am not a Ebay newbie but this is unusual for me.

yay ebay....i just got scammed by a guy on ebay

first he said that they were shipped 2.5 weeks ago and should be here any day...

this week i found 4 other people waiting for items from him.

today he sent an email saying "they just arrived in the states from china and should be at my place soon"
he sent the exact same email to everyone

already have a fraud claim against him on paypal...hope i see my money again, 1 person already has

Yeah but if you use the BIN option especially, you should be entitled to some sort of recognition within a day or two at the most.

Turns out that the phone number they gave for Ebay contact info is for someone else. Why do these clowns do this. I swear it is too easy to manipulate PP and Ebay.
