How long to wait for an RMA back?

Ok, I sent in a monitor RMA in January to Princeton Graphics, I was told when I was given the RMA number that my monitor would not be repaired, instead it would be replaced, so the new one would be shipped to me as soon as they recieved mine.

Fedex Tracking shows it was delivered on 1/25 and they say that the order for the monitor was placed 2/5, but since they didn't have anything comparable in stock it is back ordered, and will take AT LEAST another week until they get some. Is this an unreasonable wait? Should I complain? If I do complain what can I ask them to do?(normal shipping once they get the monitor in is Fedex 3day, so I can't really ask them to ship a monitor faster). This is a lowened 17inch CRT, would it be reasonable to ask for it to be replaced by a different model? (And yes, my monitor was completely dead, not just RMAing it to get a new one).

This is my extra monitor, and while I have a System waiting for it, its not killing me, it just seems that this and absurd amount of time to wait. Or is that just me?

I was issued the RMA number on 1/17, so they have known for 6 weeks already that they needed to replace my monitor why are they still backordered.....
