How long to RMA from ATI?

Has anyone had to get warranty service from ATI on their "Built by ATI" products? My 9800 Pro died and my main system is down. WAAAAAA!

For anyone who has RMA'd to ATI, how long did it take?

RMA'd 2 times..
Both times around 10 days.
That was from shipping 2 day UPS to getting the card back...
