How long to let stock cooling TIM "burn-in"?

Just finished putting together my new machine - or rather upgrade it. My main question is, before I even attempt overclocking anything, how long should I let the stock TIM on the heatsink burn-in for to make sure it's all good?

I'm using a Sempron 2800+ (BX - 64-bit enabled) with the stock AMD heatsink. I know people have taken the stock cooler up to 2.4ghz, which I may or may not do one of these days.

Regardless, how long does the TIM have to burn-in for before my temps are accurate?

I'd go for a week until it is 100% settled if you power it on and off once a day and running it @ 100% when it is on.

AS5 takes 200 hours (so they say) Even so, your temps will change only 3C max...
