I ask because he has yet to leave me feedback.

None. If you leave it, you will get it unless you can convince him not to retaliate. Even if you leave comments, it is still a negative.

I would contact him and find out why he misled you. Also say you are unhappy because you bought from him because of the promise for quick shipping that you never got. See what he says.

I have 100% after 107 transactions and would hate to have that tarnished because of one dick.

That's a dick move

Why, because i deserve a retaliatory negative? Looking through his feedback, he has left many other negatives, close to 10. Ironically, he seems to leave negatives to people that lie to him.

It's very passive agressive and it's a dick move. Have you even confronted him about it yet? Maybe he'll refund the shipping cost or something. People assume things way too often.

If you don't like the lying SOB, just leave him a negative now. Kinda weak sauce if you're gonna wait till the 89th day to leave a negative feedback.

I disagree. A retaliatory negative is a dick move, and aphex is forced to wait until the 90th day because the seller hasn't given him feedback even though he completed his end of the transaction satisfactorily (another dick move).

aphex gave the seller the chance to do the right thing and the seller lied to him. Normally I'd agree that you should give the seller the chance to make it right, but I think aphex already did that.

alrighty, well i sent him an email for now, expressing my displeasure with the way he handled this transaction and especially the fact that he lied to me twice. I haven't left feedback yet, we'll see where this goes.

Maybe I am nicer than most, but I don't think a negative is necessary. I might leave a neutral, but you did get the item within a few weeks, so was this transaction really that bad. Personally I think I would give a positive, with a note that shipping was not as fast as it should have been.

Well, sure, if it was just slow shipping or if life got the best of him and he needed an extra week or two to ship, the issue is in how he handled it by lying directly to me about it, twice. If he had just told me the issue, no worries, positive all the way, but in this case, he lied.

Neutral..the item came, after all. Save the negatives for the scammers, there are plenty of THOSE to go around.

bullsh!t.
The seller should've been upfront about his issues, instead of lying about it and hiding it the whole time. There's absolutely no reason the buyer needs to confront the seller about it.

There is no reason why the buyer should have to contact the seller...but it might be in the best interest of the buyer which makes your point irrelavent.

Evadman thanks for the great advice for my own situation! That is exactly what I am going to do to some lying little punk to keep him from leaving me a neg. feedback when I did nothing wrong and he won't refund my money.

Yeah, I get it. I suppose that I would always give the benefit of the doubt and assume that he really did think that he had sent it. Oh well.
