How long to foster a child before you legally become kin to that child?

Because you and your wife are great people to offer a child a place where they can be loved and cared for.

Sorry to hear that. That makes it a lot harder to stay a foster parent when nobody seems to take common sense in the picture . We appreciate all the work the foster parents do everyday.

So they basically gave the child to the state to take care of the adoption process then take him back to let an agency handle it?

Is it me or does it seem like they found a way to profit from this exchange?
