How long to find out?

I built my computer a couple of days ago, and had it on for about 6 hours since then, including a little quake time. So far, the temperature has not exceeded 43C (it's a 1.2GHz TBird, Thermoengine cooler). The hsf installation was not a relaxed affair, so my question is this: If it's working fine after 6 hours use, does that mean all is OK? Or could things still potentially overheat?

if you had a heat problem, you'd know it WELL before 6 hours.

also, 43C is VERY nice and cool for a 1.2 tbird.

sounds like you're gonna be just fine
