What is the average length of time that you spend to defecate? This is a serious question.
It arose one day as I realized that I've been on the toilet for half a hour and I was late for class. A friend mentioned how it was bad as it put too much pressure on a certain area.
These days I limit myself to 5 min sans diarrhea. But part of me says 5 min is just too short. And so I have put forth this question on Anandtech.
