How long should ramsinks sit before use?

I just installed a new Zalman 900 on my 1900XT and the ramsinks were attached using thermal tape. It says it takes 24 hours to cure to 90%. Can I use my video card now, or should I wait overnight?

It doesn't really say wait 24 hours. It says it takes 24 hours to cure to 90%, so dont put pressure on the heatsinks.
