How long should I wait to get a refund from Ecost?

I ordered a Sony MP3 player from Ecost but got a refurbished camera with the invoice of some other person instead. I called Ecost right away and they sent a UPS truck to pick up my package the next day. Ecost received my package on 8/11 and I still haven't got my refund. CSR says they have no control over when they will get the data from the warehouse to process my refund. This is the first time something like this happens to me. How long should I wait before calling my CC?

just write a letter to you CC disputing the charge when you receive your statement showing the charge. until you get the statement showing the charge, you don't need to do anything
