How long should I wait for a buyer to pay before I relist?

Buyer bought the item the 30th. Normally buyers pay the minute they win the auction. This one hasn't paid yet.

He has zero feedback, and his shipping address is a PO Box in Breckenridge, Colorado. His email sounds like a company name (ending in "rentals") but it's from hotmail. His name does appear in the white pages for Breckenridge, and apparently he's got a spouse. No home address though.

How long should I wait for his payment? I sent him two emails the day he won the item but he hasn't replied.

I've only get 33 feedback, all positive. If he doesn't pay, should I leave him a negative and risk a negative myself?

Did you send him the invoice through ebay?

Send him another one and state that if you don't hear back by xx/xx/xxxx you will relist the item and leave negative feedback.

Most sellers put something like "Must be paid within 7 days or I will give negative feedback", etc etc. Even if it's through Paypal and most pay immediately you should put an explicit deadline in the auction.
