How Long On Sapphire rMA's?

And that should be motivation enough for some to light a fire under Sapphire!

So, anyone ever have to go directly through Sapphire to rMA a video card? They are sayoing in their policy statement, up to 5 weeks. I've found much the same sort of talk in other deals, yet never waited nearly that long.

Well, the e-mailed me back and said...

Dear sir,

The status can not check it on line, you can email me. We received your card 3/16/06. Your item we don't have any stock right now. We already tried our best to get this item, but I can not guarantee when will we receive it.
If you would like to check the status, I'm willing to help you check with my system. And when we have this item, we will ship it back to you asap.
