Agreed. Besides, "getting girls" can mean anything from simply going on a date with them to getting them to marry you. Its a pretty vague term.

I *am* browsing, but I'm not really dating around. I met a girl last spring in a class, but I wasn't sure I was ready for a committed relationship then. Now that I am, I recently asked her out. She's terrific and I hope it works out.

getting girls isn't the problem, getting the one you want is. i'm surprised my gf has put up with my computer habit for this long, jeez 4 years of nonstop computer talk i would have dumped myself.

Actually I'm better with girls than computers, and I'm a computer engineering student (and no, I don't suck at computer engineering). But the real problem is that getting girls is the easy part, finding the right girl is a lot more difficult.

In my experience, people that brag about finding the "right" people (of either sex) all the time just have very low standards because they feel having a relationship compensates for their own shallow emptyness. "Getting girls" should not be the end goal, it should be getting the right girl. Don't let some beer bonging, overcompensating frat boy type confuse you about the difference.
