How long is the warranty on an Abit board?

Went to Abits site & couldn't find anything out about the warranty length on the dead Abit KA7 m/brd I have here:disgust:.
Manual doesn't seem to say anything either!

Anyone know?

I beleive it is one year. With your receipt, you should be able to request an rma online, but their may be a handling fee now. It's been awhile since I dealt with abit.

2 years from the manufactured date. If you don't have your invoice then you just need to send them the board along with a $25 check and they'll ship you a new one out.

I cant use the online RMA ,they don't do it outside of the US & Can:disgust:

thanks anyway🙂

Thanks though🙂

Btw this doesn't look encouraging
For the purpose of this Limited Warranty "ABIT" means ABIT Computer USA, for products purchased in the United States (excluding territories) or in Canada. ABIT warrants the hardware of your Product against defects in material or workmanship as follows:

I'm in the UK ,also I bought the board just over 2 yrs ago ,if I had sorted it out when it blew it might of just been in date!damn!

My abit bored arrived with a broken dimm slot, but I haven't seen it necessary to return it as it has 4 slots, and unless i get registered memory i can only use 3 anyway, but does that mean I could send it back to get it sorted (especially as I have still got the broken bit)
