how long is the turnaround for evga's step up program?

I'm considering doing the step up program to trade my 7600gt for a 7900gt.

The 7600gt is pretty good, but it has its issues...locking up occaisonally for a few seconds at a time. Anyway, I'm just wondering what is the average amount of time I'll be without a video card, since I don't have any spare ones laying around the house (I have integrated video on the motherboard that'll last for a little while provided I don't play any games).

Q: How long will the Step-Up? Program take?
A: Once you have submitted your information and you are approved for the Step-Up? Program, EVGA must receive your card with in 15 days. Once we receive your graphics card it will take 1-3 business days to process your step up submission. At this point any charge overage or underage will be assessed. Once this is completed your new card will be shipped to you.

I h eard they were really backordered for 7900GTs because too many people were trading up.
