How long is beer good for if it's refrigerated?

Quite a while. Beer isn't very fussy about time, but it's fussy about constant changes in temperature and exposure to light. Keep it at a constant temp in the dark and it's good for a long time.

Yeah, out of the light is key... having dark brown or black containers helps. That's why every 3rd bottle of Heineken I've ever drank is skunked... yuck. No longer drink it because of that.

Just save the oldest packs for last.

After 25-30 of em you won't know the difference.

Which is why I can't for the life of me figure out why a premium brewer like Samuel Smith puts their beer in CLEAR bottles. No way in hell will I pay for that stuff knowing it's 90% likely to be funky by the time I open it.

not long with Fausto around.... he'll drink it all and then piss on your shoes.
No you've got it backwards. I'll whiz on your shoes first to create a diversion and abscond with your beer while you're dealing with piss-soaked shoes.

Crafty, aren't I? :p
