Hmmm...when did gmail become a thing? 2004? 2005? There abouts.

I had a .pacbell email address for about 15 years...then, with all the changes, (pacbell>SBC>AT&T) plus Comcast finally brought better & cheaper internet to my area)I finally gave them up.

(yes, there was a several year overlap)

Yeah, I had my firstname.lastname at hotmail and I abandoned it to spam back in the early 2000s.

I bought an invite to Gmail on eBay when it was a beta for like 4 bucks. So I could get my name@gmail.com only to find out Gmail names had to be 6 characters or more and my name is 5 characters.

The current one I used the most from Yahoo is about 20 years.

I used to have accounts from Hotmail, Mail.net, etc. but they all are gone. Thanks to Microsoft screwed up Hotmail (purchased it and then moved everyone to Outlook).

I had one for 22 years. Suddenly 14 months ago I started receiving 100 or so junk emails in the inbox every day. The account has since been closed. It was an MSN account.
