I restart my computer at least once/day unless I have a specific reason not to (ie: a large download). my specs aren't lacking or anything, but I still find it helps keep the pc perky and why bother to go weeks without a restart if I don't have to? it's not like I'm running a server and a reboot would equal website downtime.

Theres always DC projects and other reasons to leave a PC on.

I use mine pretty much every second im home, whether im encoding, recording, gaming, browsing, listening to music or watching movies... Its always on.
