How long for mwave to cancel an order?

Has anyone here ever canceled an order from mwave? I had an order on backorder with them, and they charged my card right away. I got sick of waiting, so on Wednesday I sent them an email to cancel the order(I followed the instructions on their website), and still now the order is still placed on their site, and my card has not been refunded. It says it takes up to 2 days for the card to be refunded after the order is canceled, but they haven't even canceled it yet! Anyone ever done this before?

Other than having a clear stated e-mai saying your order was canceled I woudlnt' count on anything. I know most pplon AT love mwave for some reason, but I sure don't. Take it from someone that lives about 10 minutes away, and has had numerous bad experiences.
