How long evga take to send my RMA back?

They said they received my broken card 2/23/2007...shipped out field at site says false...

Any vendors have advanced replacement? If so it's the last card I order from evga.

Well it takes awhile to chisel out the old memory chips and superglue the new ones in. Give 'em a week or two.

I did an RMA with them last summer and it took about two weeks.

Took me a week. EVGA does have advanced replacement, but theres a one time charge for it I believe.

Mine was 3 days to ship there, 2 days for weekend, two days to process, and 3 days to ship back. RMAd my 7900GT. So not including the weekend, it took 8 days and was pretty hassle free other than shipping charges.

It might be taking so long due to availability of 8800GTX's for RMA purposes.
