How long does USPS "Parcel Post" take to deliver?

Up to two weeks- I think that's the same as Media Mail, isn't it? I mailed a PSU via USPS Parcel Post to Hong Kong back in April and it didn't get there for a month. USPS First Class is 3-5 days domestically.

That sounds like it would give Priority Mail a run for it's money.

Texas to California. I'm hoping you won't hear about this in the FT/FS forums in the near future...:(

Depends on how fast they want to work. I got a priority mail sent Monday from CA to here (FL) today. Sometimes stuff coming from the east coast takes just as long.

I use UPS. They guarantee delivery dates.

Coast to coast with media mail is 30 days, priority mail is 3 - 7 days, and first class is 5 - 14 days.

First class mail is as fast as priority, if not faster, since first class mail is always handled FIRST, then they do the parcel priority (which is what even priority envelopes are classified as). Now that you can get delivery confirmation on first class, there is really no reason to use priority if package weight is less than say 10 ounces.
