How long does salsa stay fresh in the fridge once opened?

I'm debating whether I want to risk opening and/or trying some salsa that's been sitting in my fridge for about a month.

It stays a while, I have some that I opened that I accidently left in the cabinet early january. Just had some and its still fine.

If you got sour scream into it while dipping chips.. then it gets rank very fast.. some sort of reaction between peppers and dairy...

If your salsa has lots of sodium I would think it would still be good. Columbus packed his salsa in sodium for his voyage of discovery I think.

That's what the beer is for dumbass.

What you think all those Mexicans are drunks? THey're all certified PHD's that injest ludicrous amounts of alcohol to kill the germs..

EDIT: I know..wtf...
