Well, I didn't want to keep an SK2, so I sold it on eBay. It went for $228 including shipping. I had my friend ship it, he forgot the package at his house (oops, I emailed and explained to the buyer) so he sent it out a day later. I sent tracking and everything seemed alright then I get this email.
It was packaged PERFECTLY, and worked PERFECT before I sent it! So I replied and said It was working when I shipped it, it might have been damaged during shipping. I put $200 insurace on it, so file a claim.
I got this reply
The past feedback they are talking about is for a Motorola V180, I shipped it out, and a day later I got a Wrong Address, I emailed him and he had the wrong street number on the PayPal. He still left me a negitive, but he is an asshat.
Here is my reply after taht
Then, I go to my PayPal account, and PayPal puts a hold on the funds. Great, my PayPal account is -$202.
Does anyone know how long it will take to get this done? It honestly sounds like shipping damage, because the "grey streak" is what happened when my friend broke the screen on his Razr.
Are you kidding me with this??????? The SCREEN DOES NOT WORK. there is a VERY VISIBLE gray streak across it when NOT powered on and then when you DO power it on, there is NO PICTURE, only a light. Please refund my full money and I will return this useless piece of plastic to you. I have NEVER had such a horrible ebay experience with ANYONE on this site. I have reported to ebay and paypal.

Listen, I did tech support for T-Mobile for a LONG time...the damage is within the screen, NOT from shipping or any physical trauama. It's PROBABLY some kind of water damage...not that you aren't aware of that. The packing was fine there is no way it happened on its way here. Trying to get the insurance money??? I don't know who you think you're scamming here, but based on your past feedback I shouldn't be surprised. Reports have been filed, you can either refund my money willingly or be forced to do so. I can send you a picture, though I'm sure you know what it looks like...just tell me where you want it sent.

Regardless of you working for T-Mobile or not, it was in FULLY working condition when I sent it to you. Why would you accuse me of such things?
Please send pictures to:

If it appears to be physical damage from the pictures, then you will have to deal with the insurance because it was in good working condition when it was shipped to you! If there is NO physical damage and it looks the same as when I shipped it to you, I will refund your money.
What past feedback? The one negative I had? That guy was an asshole and I got the phone back because of a shipping mix up (Return to Sender, Wrong Address). I sent it out again, then that asshat left me a negative. He did get that ****** phone, if you don?t ****** believe me, here is the damn tracking from it!
I have been more than courteous with you, but since you are apparently calling me a liar, there is NO reason why I should even bother with you any more, but I want to get this resolved.
Thanks for ****** up my business asshole?
