I refused the shipment as I was instructed to by Dell and have not been credited back anything in my bank account. It's been over three weeks, does it usually take this long?
Welcome to the world of Dell. I'd suggest calling them, and keep a copy of your shipping invoice/receipt handy, they'll have trouble finding any information about your order.
It took about a month to get my DPA account credited back for my monitor purchase I returned, and that was after I had to post on their returns forum. Try their forum, the moderator there usually responds pretty fast.
