thread hijack: is there a some vandalism reporting e-mail address for when i see an article defaced but i'm not going to fix it myself?

It would take you more time and effort to send an email than to revert any single-edit vandalism. If someone else has made good-faith edits since then, it may be a bit harder.

You could add a note to the talk page, or just hope other people that see it are not as lazy.
