How long does it take to ship two cases and two 80mm cooling fans and 1 keyboard(weight 29 lbs) from CAL. to AR? At reg UPS ground rate?

Hmm. I would expect it to take 2-3 days from Cal to AR via UPS ground. Since I tend to get UPS ground packages in 4-5 days from Cal to IN.

well so far the goods have been in transit to AR for 1 week now, I have sent a complaint to ups and they havnt responded( I did this yesterday) :|
