How long does it take to get a Circuit City pricematch?

I decided to get my dad a Mio C310x GPS unit for Christmas. I got it from Circuit City for $224, but Staples has it for $199. I called CC last Sunday to do a price match. They gave me a reference number and said that they'll call back in three days. Nothing yet.

For those who have done price matching (this is my first time), how long does it take for CC to do a price match?

As an aside, I paid with a blue AMEX. Do they still have that price matching option?

If I go to the store, the price match is immediate.

1. Go to Circuit City.
2. Ask for price match at customer service desk.

I should have brought the receipt with me. I ordered online and chose the 24 minute pickup. Will they be able to lookup my order just using my order number?

Also, I don't have the Staples ad, but I can print it online.

Print the ad and take it down with you. They will do it immediately.

If you keep all the receipts, etc. you can get it cheaper at frys.com. Order there and return with your CC receipt when you receive it.
