How long does it take to beat games?

How many hours does it take to beat the main storyline of games like call of duty 2 and far cry? Is there a website that tells you for games?

It's really player dependent. I take *far* longer to finish games than most people. But I spend time looking over every nook and cranny of maps and areas.

I think a ballpark for most FPS's is around 20 hours, RPG's are anywhere from 40-100+ hours.

San Andreas, GTA always seems to add more and more things to do in every new game.

I played Half Life in about 30 hours, but Baldur's Gate is taking over 150.
