How long does it take Maxtor to process an RMA and refund?

Hi,

I am returning a drive to Maxtor and i want to do the Advanced RMA where they charge my card and ship me a new one and then i just send them the one back and they give me my money back. But i was just wondering how long does it take them to as soon as the RMA'd hard drive hits there hands to give me my money back that they charged?

They don't charge you unless you have not returned the bad drive within 30 days.

i have always gotten mine next day i live about 2 hours from the rma place
