How long does it take for your hands to get wrinkly when wet?

Just thought I'd ask, since for some reason, my hands get very pretty much full wrinkly in only 3-5 minutes.
If my hands are dry, they might take a tad longer, but if they're oily, they turn wrinkly in about a minute. :Q
