how long does it take for your contribution to show up in your 401k account?

The money that my company took out of my 3/15 paycheck is still not deposit into my 401k account yet, I think by law they have 30days to do it, so the money is sitting somewhere collecting interest for someone... Hurry up, will you!

It could also be that it's slow to post on the web.

Mine typically takes 3+ weeks, and yes it is free interest for them but I don't mind much since they are matching a portion.
