How long does it take for Novocane to wear off?

3 cavities, 2 shots of novocane (or lidocane, not sure which he used) back around 4pm

Can't feel a damn thing on the bottom half of my mouth.

How long does this last? Been at least 15 years since i got my last cavity filled.
