It really matters on the person, but they take a little longer to heal then rope marks. If the rope marks are gone in the next few days, you should be fine in a week.

If you're leaving noticeable rope marks, you're doing it wrong. Buy some nice, soft hemp rope, you cheap asshole.
Maybe they prefer their ropes to leave marks. :sneaky:
Trust me. There is good/kinky pain, and then there that is bad pain. Rope burns are bad pain...
Rope burn is bad, but you can leave all sorts of marks with out resorting to burn.
I have over 2000 feet of rope of all different types and quality. I have soft hemp rope that I have hand conditioned to be nearly cotton like. I have silk rope, polypro, cotton, and 100 feet of a organic rope of unknown type (which might be coconut). I've even played with Kevlar rope.
But you would be surprised at how many people like the feel of Sisal, probably the roughest rope you can buy. It has a great bite, letting you do things with it you can't do with just about anything else.
You've been registered since 2000, so I can assume you are at least 12.
Seriously, what is this forum coming to.
REMOVE HICKEYS BY FOLLOWING THIS ONE WEIRD RULE!!!lll
