Scheduled appointment last week for today. Took off from work, appt. set for 9AM-1PM. Just got a call saying Comcast was all out of cable cards and they didn't know when they would be getting any in. WTF? They just looked on their way to my job and realized this? And no date for when they will get more in? Arg!!!
Well I'm getting the Comcast DVR (for now). Hopefully the installer won't come around 1PM since I need to get back to work. And hopefully I will get one of those new integrated Tivo/Comcast DVR, although I heard they are only available in the New England area.
And people wonder why Comcast has such a bad reputation......well actually I doubt many people wonder about that.
