How long does an ATI RMA take?

Just a quick question, as I have been waiting for like four days since they received. They don't seem to email any information about the status. How much longer?

They are usually very quick; once they have the card you should have the replacement in a week. Might want to check on Monday on your status.

took about 20-25 days.

The serial# changed, so they either tested/fixed my old card and slapped a new sticker on it, or tested it, then put just sent a "new/refurb" card in its place.

They shipped overnight UPS

They replaced my card in 4 days, but it's been 3 months and they still havn't credited my deposit to my credit card, even after calling head office. I believe that is the the most pathetic customer service I have ever seen not to mention the fact that I pay the interest on the amount and as of yet they have not even responded to numerous requests for an explanation. I don't think I will be buying any ATI products any time soon.

i heard one story a while back about a guy sending one back to RMA it to ATI and he did not get any response back for a while. then, he contacted them and ATI told him that the person that signed for it was not employeed by them. :Q

They will investigate up to 60 days from when payment was made. I tried that and I will try calling ATI's head office one more time and then I think I will take them to small claims court as we are in the same city. I actually recieved a call back on the first month it occured as they did credit back $150 from the $450 they took and was told the error would be corrected. I even spoke to someone in management after I sent them a fax outlining what happened, but they did not call me, I had to call them and even after telling me it was an error, they have done squat to remedy this situation. Like I said earlier, pathetic customer support and I have been buying ATI since their Mach32.

Just got the card today, it took them 9 days since they received. I am so mad I am going to kill someone. They sent me a frigging 8500LE for my 8500 retail. What should I do?

They finally refunded my cash, but only after how many months, so I suggest you call tech support as they seem more willing or able to help, as opposed to hesdoffice.
